Management
GSS' management team consists of seasoned professionals and executives with over 40 years of experience in the product development and manufacturing industries. Our experience spans holding executive positions at Fortune 500 companies, to launching and running small, start-up companies. We are familiar with the needs and goals of both.
Our international experience includes over 30 years of experience in China, Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan, Japan, Mexico, and Europe.
On a personal level, we are honest, easy to work with, and have the attitude, experience, and expertise to deliver results.
Executive Management:
Roger Rambeau
Roger Rambeau has been working in the consumer products industry for over thirty years. Mr. Rambeau worked at the managerial and vice presidential levels at Mattel Toys for 23 years, where his experience/responsibilities encompassed quality control, quality assurance, purchasing, manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, materials, inventory control, contracts administration, etc.
Ashton Udall
Ashton Udall possesses product management, sourcing, manufacturing, and marketing experience. Prior to helping found and grow Global Sourcing Specialists, Mr. Udall helped lead the establishment of a United States office, under the Berkeley Sourcing Group, for a Chinese trade and manufacturing company. He has worked closely with engineering, sourcing, and quality assurance teams in China, and has assisted companies and start–ups with the development and sourcing of their products in Asia.
