Roger Rambeau
Roger Rambeau has been working in the consumer products industry for over thirty years. Mr. Rambeau worked at the managerial and vice presidential levels at Mattel Toys for 23 years, where his experience/responsibilities encompassed quality control, quality assurance, purchasing, manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, materials, inventory control, contracts administration, etc.
Mr. Rambeau then joined an entrepreneurial venture in the video game industry, which launched the very successful Sega Genesis video game console. Roger’s responsibilities included sourcing of integrated circuits, integrated circuit assembly (packaging/die on board/surface mount), injection mold build, molding, and general electronics manufacturing.
After Sega, Mr. Rambeau joined Revell as Vice President of manufacturing. While there, he was responsible for engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, materials, quality and tool build. In addition to the above job assignments, Mr. Rambeau has been employed as Vice President of manufacturing at MGA, Play Hut, Educational Insights, as well as being a partner in the startup of Malibu Toys. Mr. Rambeau has also consulted to the consumer products industries in product development and manufacturing for 15 years.
